The B in Business School...

...Clearly must stand for Bittersweet.

Josh Cunningham is leaving us for grad school on the east coast.
He has been one of our hardest working, most gracious, humble athletes.
We will sorely miss him. A few lines of Julius Cesear? Ok. (Gene Hackman also used this quote in the movie Uncommon Valor, I guess that's what made me think of it. Josh did always remind me of the Patrick Swayzee character.)

Forever, and forever, farewell, Cassius!
If we do meet again, why, we shall smile;
If not, why then this parting was well made. (5.1.125)

Strength and Honor Josh. And keep your pants on. Now, there will be nobody left to break the ice and laugh when I make inappropriate comments.

Good luck, Josh! B-school seems like it can be both useful and fun, so I hope it plays out like that for you.

hard working, gracious, humble...i would also add 'friendly.' i know that it's actually sort of a lame sounding adjective...but from day one of my crossfit adventure, josh chatted me up and made me feel so welcome.

we will miss you, josh!

Josh, where are you going to school? Where ever it is, I know you will enjoy it way more than if you went to Texas A&M, what a crapwhole that place is! Best of luck to you!

To the Crossfit Family,
I was moved by the number of people that showed up Tuesday night to say goodbye. I count the people that have consistently suffered with me at Crossfit as some of my closest friends. The culture at SFCF is what brought me off the couch daily and made me push myself. I want to thank all of the coaches for their help and everyone that showed up to push themselves. I hope I left most of you with something more than "gambling and losing."
If anyone finds themselves in Ithaca, NY and wants to work out, bounce me an email.

My Best,
