In the course of over two years, we are proud that we have never fielded a workout where a Coach wasn't able to make it. Monday, we broke new ground when Team 6 found themselves temporarily without a leader. What did the inmates do? They ran the asylum of course! Pam & Juliet can run my asylum anyday.
Pam and Juliet ROCK. I say they kick Adrian's ass (admittedly not easily done) while we watch doing half the work, sucking wind and likely hurling.
