Across the board, good training habit hygiene almost directly correlates to athletic success. Many people train hard, but few can make the statement that they support their physical efforts with the small, pedestrian details that aggregate to support greatness.

love the new schedule, especially the noon classes. the schedule lists two 6am classes on some days. are those real or typos? O.
I would like to add one.

Anybody can be an Olympic athlete. But can you perform hungover, without having slept for more than 4 hours in the past week and having flown all over the place? That's what really sets your athleticism apart and is also why I'm as sick as a dog right now.
