The 415
It is happening again. An athlete shows up, works as hard as he can, changes how he eats, and becomes the monster he is. Ladies and gentlemen, Stephen.
And, it's official. Stephen can now deadlift all five of his children at the same time!
Wow, I haven't been to CF in five weeks (due to an injury) and look what happens. Stephen (and Shawn in an earlier blog) look like totally different people in that their bodies have changed so dramatically. Well done men!
YOU SIMPLY ROCK! I love it. Simply an animal having at it. Keep it up. I will never get there but will surely puke trying!! Nothing like man love baby!

(I'm going to ask my Dad is HE can deadlift all his kids. Though that would be about 700 pounds. Poor Dad.)
