FGB aka Valentine's Day Massacre
Team 7pm took on Fight Gone Bad this evening and lived to tell about it. Great work gang, hope you found more love at home!
For all that did this workout, just realized that the "official" FGB standard calls for a 20" box-jump, not 24". So, that magic 300 may not be as far off as we thought....
