Elephant on Your Back

We often forget that basic body weight movements can be made much more difficult with the addition of a little mass. While we normally adhere to the high volume, high repetition iterations of movements like the pullup, dip, and pushup, there is something very satisfying about knowing that you can still do a pushup with the likes of say, all of your little cousins on your back.
