Two Things To Notice About This Photo
1. Your coaches train very, very hard. Their capacities to suffer are incredible. They test drive your workouts. And they get, very, very sore. Just ask Adrian about the state of his arms in this photo.
2. Did you notice the six new squat stands? This brings our total to eleven. Most Crossfit facilities don't even have ten. But ours go up to eleven. Sniff the glove?
