Answer the Demon

Can't is the word that is foe to ambition,
An enemy ambushed to shatter your will;
Its prey is forever the man with a mission
And bows but to courage and patience and skill.
Hate it, with hatred that's deep and undying,
For once it is welcomed 'twill break any man;
Whatever the goal you are seeking, keep trying
And answer this demon by saying: "I can."--Guest

Crinne's shoulders look jacked. There are so many topics covered in these blogs, and what I think crossfit is truly about is you knowing you gave a solid effort, and pushed yourself to the limit of what was possible for you that particular day. Thats all you can ever ask of yourself. Become what you are doing and there is no conflict. Thats deep.

I could only hope that my demons dared to tussle with me at crossfit. They lie elsewhere.

Our demons lie somewhere between this world and the next, somewhere between heaven and hell. When and where we choose to fight them may not always be up to us, but being prepared to fight them is forged in the fires of San Francisco F*****g Crossfit!
